The movie was initially released in the year 2020 in China but it is just officially release in 2021.
The Film is directed by Chris Appelhans about this young boy, Ding, having a loving mother but never pick him up at school busy working so that they will have food to eat everyday until Lina Wang, a girl from another section, became his best friend.
After 10 years from separation from each other Lina Wang became very famous celebrity but not knowing that his father is going bankrupt in the business. The God chosen Ding to be the lucky one and paid the soup with a green tea cup.
Ding had no money to buy a gift for Lina so that is why he worked as a part time delivery boy to earn cash but he skipped school for two weeks for this. Until he met the Dragon who are to grant him 3 wishes.
I thought the movie will be like the animation movie "Aladdin" but I like the twist, the movie Wish Dragon happened on the present year of 2020 an d I am definitely sure you can follow and appreciate the twist.
Event though Jackie Chan is not in the movie, you will definitely remember Jackie Chan by simply watching. Don't Blink.
