S.H.I.E.L.D. has been compromised and a direct order from Nic to Steven not to trust anyone. then Steven Rogers got framed up and became a fugitive from S.H.I.E.L.D.. but with the help of Agent Romanov he proved his innocence. At the end of the movie Nick Fury became a ghost, Agent Romanov's identity has been revealed to the world, Steven Rogers aim to rescue and save Bucky; And so the Falcon became the new Avenger.
Thor 2: Loki is already locked up in Asgard. After the Battle of the Avengers vs. Loki in New York, the Bifrost has been damage, it took some time before Thor have to get back to see Jane Foster, but a dark element enters jane's body so Thor took her to Asgard to be cured.

Black Panther After the Civil War now is the time that he would be crown as king, Claw, the guy who sell bibranium to Ultron, has come to an end and delivered to Wakanda by The black Panther's cousin

After Civil War Tony Stark let Peter Parker keep the suit to continue his frinedly neighborhood spiderman thing. While on the chemist class hour he secretly making his web fluid.
Peter cannot contact Happy but after he encountered the ATM machine robbers who wore mask as the avengers surprisingly he was able to connect with happy on a call via cellular phone; Happy told him the news that Tony sold Starigk Tower and will be moving to other place where the cellphone signal is worst.The new Avengers Building was finished and fully renovated and ready for operations when Happy brought Parker to the building and saw a flying alien ship leaving-flying away from the building (maybe it was Natasha Romanov in the ship) and the movie ends when Aunt May discovers that her niece is Spiderman!
