The Aglipay a.k.a. Iglesia Filipina Independiente wrote a daily prayer so short that everyone can easily remember and recite it even through busy schedule:
"Virgin Most Sorrowful, grant me the favors which I hope to deserve through at my prayers. Amen"
This prayers directly asking for something or a favor right away and then quickly humbles himself/herself asking for a blessing. I don't know if the virgin with the most sorrow is he referring to is the Virgin Mary or the virgin in sorrow next to him.
